Shaped canvases of three adjacent isosceles triangles—the middle being upside down—form a trapezoidal shape. 3 truncated pyramids are attached and centered at the bases of the triangles perpendicularly. The outer two house micro video cameras the outputs of which are projected across the canvas surfaces producing highly abstracted and distorted images of the viewer and surrounding space. The central triangle displays a prerecorded close-up of the palm of a hand—a kind of extreme internalization that is contrapuntal to the outer views of a neutral presence.
